Andaman Hills Patong Rules

1. Registration: All the Guests are required to make official registration upon arrival according to TM30 Thai Immigration Law. A picture of your passport must be submitted to immigration on the day of your arrival.
2. Check-in: Check-in starts at 4PM. Please note that we do not have a 24-hour reception, so we need to make an appointment for check-in. Early check-in is possible only if housekeeping finalizes cleaning before that time. Otherwise, if you need luggage storage before that time lobby space is available.
3. Extensions: Please reach out to the host if extension is possible. Payment maybe settled on site by cash.
4. Check-out: Check-out must be finished by 11AM. Please leave all keycards on the table before exiting the apartment. Late check-out is possible provided there is no same day booking. Please let us know early about your checkout plans. Late check-out fee for up to 8 hours is 3000 THB. Late check-out of more than 8 hours costs full daily rental fee. If you need luggage storage after check-out you can use the lobby space behind the counter. As a precaution, don’t leave any valuables in your luggage during storage.
5. Housekeeping: Short term up to 4 days rental fee covers single cleaning following your departure. We can arrange cleaning during your stay for a fee paid directly to the staff on site. Current fee is 2000 THB per cleaning. Long term 5 days and up rental gets complementary cleaning every 3 days. If you require more frequent cleaning, we can arrange it for a fee paid directly to the staff on site. Current fee is 2000 THB per cleaning.
6. Staff may enter the premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, maintenance, or repair in all instances. The owner shall give Guest reasonable notice prior to such entry, except for those of emergency.
7. Guests shall, upon check out date, vacate and return the room in the same condition which was received. Guests will take responsibility for any damage. Lost keycard will be charged at THB 600.
8. Guests must not disturb the peace of other Guests in this condominium. 9. It is prohibited for Guest to smoke in the room.
10. It is prohibited for Guest to bring any pets or animals into this condominium.
11. It is prohibited for Guest to keep illegal items in this condominium such as illegal weapons, bombs, dangerous chemical substance, acid substance, alkaline substance, or any stinking items.
